[IZ*ONE from KR] About Personal Colors of IZ*ONE members

From a WIZ*ONE in Korea.

I think some information of IZ*ONE or issues are NOT known as much as in Korea.
So when I got some news or memes are updated, I'd like to share in my post.

Enjoy and feel free to share them.


IZ*ONE members have their official colors. I think it comes from J-pop.
Because a color represents just a group of singers or solo in Korea. So fan uses a balloon or stick of the color for them.
But IZ*ONE "members" have each color.
Japanese singers of a group have their color as known as personal color like image below:

At the time when IZ*ONE is just debuted, their names are very difficult to remember.

Miyawaki Sakura: Classic Rose
Kang Hye-won: Geraldine
Choi Ye-na: Milano(?) - I can't find any yellow colors like it.
Lee Chae-yeon: Powder blue
Kim Chae-won: Granny apple
Kim Min-ju: White
Yabuki Nako: Pale cornflower 
Honda Hitomi: Zinnwaldite
Jo Yu-ri: Casablanca
An Yu-jin: Havelock blue
Jang Won-young: Dark pink

Kwon Eun-bi: Embroidered starlight
- There was a Korean TV animation character name 'Eun-bi'. She was an angel from outside of planet. So Koreans can imagine stars from the name of Eun-bi.

Miyawaki Sakura: Sakura pink
- Come from her name Sakura.

Kang Hye-won: Kang-coral
- Her last name + Coral
- In an idol variety show "Idol room", MC Jung Hyung-don told this color as a nick name of Hye-won.

Choi Ye-na: Yen-llow
- Yena + Yellow
- It matches her mascot duck character color.

Lee Chae-yeon: Chan-merald
- Chae-yeon + Emerald

Kim Chae-won: Cham-moo
- Chae-won + her nickname Ssam-moo
- Ssam-moo is pickled radish. Koreans eat it with meat.

Kim Min-ju: Minju, the Snow White 
- Minju + White
- This name shows her beauty

Yabuki Nako: Nabuki Sky
- Nako + Yabuki => Nabuki
- Sky blue since her nickname is an fairy.

Honda Hitomi: Tomi-Beige
- Hitomi + Pitch beige
- Color comes from her cute cheek.

Jo Yu-ri: Yu-range
- Yuri + orange

An Yu-jin: Blue-jini
- Blue + Yu-jin

Jang Won-young: Candy Pink10
- She loves pink. But not sure why this name is selected...

    i believe wonyoung's is like this, 1(one) but pronounce in korean like Won, and 0 (zero) in korean is yeong (young).
