I'm a computer programmer who live in Korea.
I do love any types of games so much.
Though I'm neither a pro-gamer nor an game-related author, I'd like to share many trends or news such as how Koreans thinks about recently released games and what (or how) they like to play.

Since I'm not a English native speaker, please be kind if you find typos or weird expressions in my articles.

[Korean] Meaning of Anpanman, Konjac, Ddaeng, Babo, and Hajima

I found many question on Google to know meaning of some words in Korean. You may find many of them easily by using Google or other translator. But some words and expression is hard to find, because they're slang or coined words. This time, I will show you those kind of words. 1) Anpanman You may know this is a name of BTS's song. It comes from Japanese animation's name Anpanman. Actually its Korean name is "Ho bbang man". But in Anpanman is fit the rhyme. 2) Konjac Konjac is a kind of food like below image. [Korean] Meaning of Borahae, Dongsaeng, Manito, Jagi, Ottoke, and Gashina

Here I come again to tell you about Korean words. Let's get start! 1) Borahae (I purple you) Bora is a Korean word that means purple. It's a made-word for BTS fan by Taehyung (aka V) of BTS. In Nov 2016, Taehyung made this expression. Here's his message and I translated it. - Do you know the meaning of purple? - Purple is the last color of rainbow. - Purple has meaning to believe and love for a long time. - Yes, I've just made the meaning. - But I hope to see you forever like its meaning. - So I believe you and I will step up stairs with you. 2) Dongsaeng Dongsaeng means younger sibling. You can add gender before dongsaeng. Nam+Dongsaeng is male younger sibling and Yeo+Dongsaeng is female younger sibling. But you can also use this expression for a familiar person who is not your family. 3) Manito It comes from a Spanish word what means a best friend. [IZ*ONE from KR] About Personal Colors of IZ*ONE members

From a WIZ*ONE in Korea. I think some information of IZ*ONE or issues are NOT known as much as in Korea. So when I got some news or memes are updated, I'd like to share in my post. Enjoy and feel free to share them. IZ*ONE members have their official colors. I think it comes from J-pop. Because a color represents just a group of singers or solo in Korea. So fan uses a balloon or stick of the color for them. But IZ*ONE "members" have each color. Japanese singers of a group have their color as known as personal color like image below: Example) AKB team members color Anyway, let's check IZ*ONE members color At the time when IZ*ONE is just debuted, their names are very difficult to remember.
